"On Ramp" Video and Photograph Construction. This new media piece is an ongoing expression of our environmental impacts. There are several dimensions that are experienced. It is both 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional. The speeding cars create visual movement and sound. The smoke stack in the background slowly bellows steam. This is contradicted by the stillness and emptiness of the photograph. The constructed element is internally lit and glows in sections. Especially in a darker environment.
